Bbspot.com is a very entertaining site full of satirical articles with a Linux slant.

Freshmeat.net

Freshmeat.net is a great RPM site, they also have tarballs and other package managers, but they seem to be more focused on RPMs.

Maximum Linux

Maximum Linux is fantastic magazine for newbies. It has lots of reviews on new software and hardware.
